Jessica is a skilled problem solver and a tireless advocate for families and communities in Howard County. Currently, as a State Delegate representing Columbia, Elkridge, and Ellicott City, Jessica has tackled some of the most challenging issues facing our communities, including affordable housing, child care, and mental health.
With the chaos and cruelty coming out of Washington, we need a County Executive who will stand up to attacks on our workforce, our neighbors, and our shared values. Jessica is that leader. She understands that our diversity is our strength and is committed to ensuring that Howard County be an inclusive community where everyone can thrive.
