Delegate Jessica Feldmark is a Democrat representing Howard County’s District 12A in the Maryland House of Delegates.
Bringing over 25 years of public service experience to her role as Delegate, Jessica has established herself as an effective legislator and advocate for her constituents as well as a key leader on voting rights, workers’ rights, and economic justice. She is known for her commitment to our schools, our environment, housing, and affordable access to health care, including full access to reproductive health care.
Jessica listens to the community, asks tough questions, works together with stakeholders, tackles complex issues, and gets things done. She knows how to collaborate on solutions without compromising on values.
Jessica serves on the Ways and Means Committee where she is Chair of the Revenues Subcommittee and a member of the Election Law Subcommittee. She also serves on the Joint Committee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology and Biotechnology, the Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care Advisory Council, and the Fort Meade Community Covenant Council.
Jessica has extensive experience in Howard County Government and has served on nonprofit boards, including NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland, Neighbor Ride, and the BWI Business Partnership.
Jessica is an effective leader who is dedicated to improving the lives of Howard County residents and all Marylanders. She loves to connect directly with the constituents she represents and is always happy to help however she can.
