Delegate Jessica Feldmark is a Democrat representing District 12 in the Maryland House of Delegates. After a productive first term in office, she is running for re-election in the new District 12A.

Bringing over 25 years of public service experience to her role as Delegate, Jessica has established herself as an effective legislator and advocate for her constituents as well as a key leader on voting rights, workers’ rights, and economic justice.  She is known for her commitment to our schools, our environment, and affordable access to health care, including full access to reproductive health care.

Jessica listens to the community, asks tough questions, works together with stakeholders, tackles complex issues, and gets things done.  She knows how to collaborate on solutions without compromising on values.

Jessica serves on the Ways and Means Committee where she is a member of the Election Law and Revenues Subcommittees.  She also serves on the Joint Committee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology and Biotechnology and on the Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care Advisory Council.

Jessica has extensive experience in county government and has served on nonprofit boards, including NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland, Neighbor Ride, and the BWI Business Partnership.
